Literature Text
A poet's life is that of overexposure;
it is to see a broken limb fallen from a great oak tree
and wonder if the tree felt pain or loss
(if only a little).
It is to incessantly wonder
If the stars,
our company alone in the Night,
are as lonely as we seem to be
it is to snap the perfect picture
with a Number Two pencil
only to realize in the end
that you left the damned lens-cap on again.
It is to wake up and begin Dreaming
and to find comfort
in all of the Bad and the Ugly
and to realize (over all else)
that Bad and Ugly
give power to all things Beautiful.

Day Dreamer
Cities rise
Cities fall
Empires crumble
with a blink of an eye.
The world is silenced
and suddenly is no more
as a new world is ushered in
the mind its ruler.
Come.
Look into these eyes.
Watch as this body though frozen
is alive and submerged in a sea of adrenalin.
Feel the heart beat...
faster...Faster !!
as it races with the heart
of the one in the vision.
This vision
This vision becomes the new reality.
A reality where everything is possible
and nothing impossible.
Can you see it?
Can you see what these eyes see?
Watch.
Watch as imagination gives birth to a world.
Can you feel it?
Can you feel the adrenalin pulsing through your vein

Colors
Colours, it's all about them.
The reds,blues and yellows,
Happiness,warmth,Brightness,
A world in color is a wonder of a world,
But my color has faded,
No more reds,blues or yellows,
Grays and blacks is all I see,
Sadness,cold,darkness,
My wonder world is gone,
Replaced by doom and gloom,
Colors its all about colors,

Bullying (A Poem)
Kindergarden- 1st Grade:
They said that I was stupid,
And that I couldn't read.
That was the first time in my life,
That my heart started to bleed
2nd-3rd Grade:
They said my skin was dark,
And my religion wasn't good.
They destroyed me piece by piece,
And shattered me where I stood
4th Grade:
They said I was too fat,
I didn't have the perfect face.
I could not be fixed at all,
I was a broken case
7th-8th Grade:
They said I was a stalker,
And that I told lies.
That year truly was filled,
With dark, gloomy skies
Now:
I couldn't be more broken,
More sad in my life.
Everything hurts,
Like a sharp, cold knife
Am I really this wo
